The hot water in my room was not functioning properly, and despite raising the issue with the staff, they were unable to resolve it during my four-night stay. I also encountered some leaking taps in the sink, which contributed to a less than satisfactory experience at the hotel.

Staff was very helpful and hospitable, and facilities were clean here. Comfortable bed, reasonably spacious bathroom and free wireless internet and a large mirror in the room. Good food and bottled drinks.

The Beautiful Queen Room was cozy, with a comfortable bed and pillows providing a restful night's sleep. The attentive restaurant staff were really good, preparing a special dinner. I stayed in the Beautiful Queen Room for 3 nights. The bed was super comfy, great for my solo travel needs. The room itself was renovated and clean-no weird stuff hiding in corners. But honestly, I wished it had more space. It felt a bit tight at times. I appreciated having a toothbrush set and soap handy though. Plus, it was nice being so close to Robinson Cybergate mall for food options!
